Cosmocyte has created a breakthrough lab dedicated to bringing imagery and models out of virtual reality and into reality. Using state of the art software and equipment, we can convert 3D data of almost any kind into a solid resin model.

Our 3D team can extract anatomical structures from CT and MRI data, or design and fabricate models based on client specifications. In addition, we can also acquire laser surface scans of objects or capture ultra-high resolution computed tomography imagery to create exact prototyped replicas.

Once we convert your data into a 3D mesh within the computer, we supply you with a series of rendered images of what the end model will look like for your approval. When the model structure has been approved we create a “3D print”, whereby the structure is built up layer by layer into a 3 Dimensional model. These rapid prototypes are useful in product design, architecture, surgical rehearsal and education, medical device design, litigation, among many other industries.
